This is an interesting debate. However, to be fair, nobody signed any contracts, and nobody made any agreements on what to split and so forth. As for the dough, as long as nobody is pocketing the money (which can't even be proven unless people want to waste time and money doing so), it's not illegal to put it all back into this year's competition.
Other than that, Red, I'll have my verse some time this week. I got studio time set up to record a new track.
ALSO BEFORE I FORGET: I wanted to post a track on my page, but the file size was 8.4MB. How can I post music when the file is barely larger than allotted?
Stay up,

But also if you participate in the comp dont you kind of wave those rights. I mean if you were on 106 and Park Freestly Friday you dont get paid everytime your video airs. So he should be able to put the comp stuff on there but im to lawyer so I dont know lol.

Yeah, what I'm going to do for this one is state in the beginning that by entering the competition you give me the right to do something like this with your music. I actually put a lot of effort into getting all 31 people involved to give me an OK to publish the CD. Most people responded, but RedMongoose didn't.
